In continuation to communication dated 9th February, 2024 wherein company had communicated the Board of Directors' decision to deter the agenda of conversion of Loan into Equity, Ashoka Metcast has informed that the proposed Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the shareholders of the Company which was scheduled to be held on Friday, 15th March, 2024 for increasing the Authorized Share Capital of the Company has become infructuous. Consequently, it has been decided to cancel the said EGM.
