Members holding shares either in physical or demat mode as on the cut-off date, March 11th, 2024, may cast their votes electronically on the businesses set out in the Notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting. The e-voting shall commence from 9.00 am on March 15th 2024 and shall end at 5.00 pm on March 17th 2024.
