The remote e-voting period shall commence at 9.00 AM (IST) on Wednesday the 28th February, 2024 and will end at 5.00 PM (IST) on Thursday the 28th March, 2024. During this period, the Members of the Company holding shares either in physical or electronic form, as on the cut-off date of Wednesday the 21st February, 2024, shall cast their vote electronically.
