With reference to earlier letter dated 31st March 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, post completion of all the formalities by the Shareholder and after verification of the documents, Taparia Tools has informed that the Company has issued duplicate share certificate of face value of Rs 10 each in lieu of old share certificate (Certificate No.19951 & 26990) as details enclosed. Further, pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RT AMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, the Company / Registrar and Share Transfer Agent shall issue ‘Letter of Confirmation’ to the mentioned Shareholder.
