Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Listing Regulations, Indo Amines has informed that it has received mail from RTA - Bigshare Services, providing information regarding loss of share certificates and further issue of duplicate share certificates respectively, to the shareholder of the Company in the lieu thereof. Duplicate share certificates will be issued after completion of necessary procedures prescribed by Law. Details of the shareholder and share certificate are enclosed.
