Prima Plastics has informed that the Company has received notice from the GST & Central Excise Audit Surat Commissionerate on February 29, 2024 raising demand for tax liability and interest on various GST issues in addition to levy of a penalty of Rs 96,645. Information as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III and the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, on the above-mentioned penalty issue is enclosed as Annexure A.
