Further to the intimation provided by the Company in connection with the convening of a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on Wednesday the 6th March 2024 to consider subjects which are material in nature, Bimetal Bearings has informed that as per the Company’s Internal Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and the revised SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 29th February 2024 till 48 hours after the completion of the Board meeting for all the Promoters / Directors / Designated employees / Other connected persons as specified in the code.
