Kirloskar Oil Engines’ board has approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) with a name Kirloskar International ME FZE, or such other name as may be approved by the Statutory Authority (ies) therein and subject to such other approvals as may be required. Currently, the Board of Directors has decided to keep the initial investment upto Rs 1.50 crore. The Board of Directors in its meeting held on March 5, 2024 has considered and approved the same.
