Sunteck Realty, Mumbai’s leading real estate player has revised its stake in V3 Designs LLP to 0.01%. The company has recently awarded a construction contract to Larsen & Toubro (L&T). This contract is specifically for the company’s Goregaon project Sunteck City that is spread over an expanse of 23 acres.
Sunteck Realty primarily focuses on the development of ultra premium and luxury residential properties in city-centric locations of Mumbai. Its development activities include multi-unit apartment buildings, block re-developments, planned communities and commercial spaces.
