Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Standard Industries has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 15th March, 2024, for consideration of payment of Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2023-24. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, as amended the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company will remain closed from 7th March, 2024 until 48 hours after the filing of aforesaid outcome to the stock exchange.
