Northern Spirits has informed that the Income Tax Department (‘lT Department’) officials have conducted a search proceeding at the office and warehouses of the Company together with the residential houses of the promoters of the Company. The Company has fully co-operated with the officials of the IT Department during the search proceedings and responded to the clarifications and details sought by them. Department has seized few documents and records of the Company for further processing in the above search. While the post search proceedings will take its own course, the company will continue to fully cooperate with the IT Department in this regard. The Company is an ethical and law-abiding Company and follows the best corporate governance practises.
