In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, V R Films & Studios has informed that V R Films & Studios has entered into Master Services Agreement with Viacom18 Media to provide Dubbing and dubbing related services for the entire year 2024-2025. The scope of work includes dubbing multiple hours of programming from foreign languages like Korean, Turkish, Mandarin, English to multiple regional Indian languages like Hindi, Tamil, Telugu etc. This also includes dubbing Hindi language content to multiple Indian Regional Languages.
