The company has also subscribed 3,500 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each representing 35% Paid Up Equity Share Capital of Omaxe Be Together Ayodhya Dham Busport. Consequently, all the above-mentioned entities shall become the Associate Companies of Omaxe.
