Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), GPT Infraprojects has informed that the search operation was carried out by Income Tax Department on the locations of the Company from March 14, 2024 to March 17, 2024. The company has informed all stock of inventory, cash and other assets were found to be duly recorded and no unaccounted cash or transactions have been found by the authorities. The search team has not seized anything incriminating. During the search operations, as a responsible Company, its employees/staff extended their full co-operation to the Income Tax Authorities and provided all the required information/documents. Further the Company undertakes to extend full co-operation to the Income Tax Authorities should there be any further queries. Further, as an organization, the company continues to conform to the highest standards of corporate governance as demonstrated in the past.
