Shanti Spintex has informed that the ‘trading window’ for dealing in the securities of the company shall be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives as covered under the code with effect from 1st April, 2024, till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the year and quarter ended on 31st March, 2024. The date of board meeting for consideration and approval of financial results for the year and quarter ended on 31st March, 2024 will be intimated separately in due course of time.
