In continuation of its previous intimations dated 19th March 2024, SKF India has informed that Shailesh Kumar Sharma (DIN - 09493881) has resigned from his position of Whole-time Director & from the Board of the company with effect from 08th April 2024. He, however, would continue to lead the operations (manufacturing, procurement & logistics) of SKF for India & Southeast Asia Region, as before. Considering his vast experience and the value he brings on table, the Board has nominated him as permanent invitee in the Board meetings of the company.
