Further to its letter dated 13th March, 2024, UCAL has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today 22nd March 2024 has approved the allotment at par on a private placement basis of: - 1. 300 Senior, secured, unrated, unlisted, unsubordinated, redeemable, taxable, fully paid non-convertible debentures (‘NCDs’) of face value of Rs 10,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs 30,00,00,000 to Northern Arc Emerging Corporates Bond Trust with Northern Arc Emerging Corporates Bond Fund having its office at IIT-M Research Park, 10th Floor, No.1, Kanagam Village, Taramani, Chennai - 600113 and 2. 200 Senior, secured, unrated, unlisted, unsubordinated, redeemable, taxable, partially paid non-convertible debentures (‘NCDs’) of face value of Rs 10,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs 20,00,00,000 to Northern Arc Emerging Corporates Bond Trust with Northern Arc Emerging Corporates Bond Fund, having its office at IIT-M Research Park, 10 Floor, No.1, Kanagam Village, Taramani, Chennai - 600113. The meeting commenced at 09.30 am concluded at 9.49 am.
