Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, Mahindra Lifespace Developers has informed that the Company has received an Order from the Office of Tahsildar and Executive Magistrate, Bhiwandi to make payment of R 10,62,69,108 for alleged non-adherence to certain applicable provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. The details as required under Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13 July 2023 is enclosed as Annexure A.
