The Scrutinizer’s Report on the results of the Meeting of Unsecured Creditors of the Company is enclosed. The resolution has been passed with requisite majority by the Unsecured Creditors of the Company. The voting results along with the Scrutinizer's Report will also be displayed at the Registered Office of the Company and will be available at the website www.pitti.in.
