Bhagyanagar India has informed that its office premises in Hyderabad has been visited by the officials from Enforcement Directorate for investigation with reference to alleged violation of FEMA Regualtions by some of its suppliers, during 21st March, 2024 and 22 March, 2024 for seeking business related information, which has been provided and it has fully co-operatated with them. It reiterated that the Company has an exemplary track record of Corporate Governance and disclosing the required information to the regulators and will continue to do so.
