The Meeting commenced at 10.30 am and concluded at 11.40 am. Disclosure under Sub Para A of Part A of Schedule III pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular no.
