In terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, HMT has informed that the Company has received an Order dated 26thMarch, 2024 from Ministry of Heavy Industries informing the approval of the Competent Authority for entrusting the additional charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director, the company to Rajesh Kohli, Executive Director, Bharat Heavy Electricals in place of Krishnaswami Ravishankar, Executive Director, Bharat Heavy Electricals with immediate effect and from the date of his assumption of charge of the post, for a period of one year or till the joining of a regular incumbent or until further orders whichever is earliest, subject to ex-post facto approval of Appointments Committee of the cabinet (ACC). The date of assumption of Rajesh Kohli as Chairman & Managing Director, the company (Addl. Charge) in place of Krishnaswami Ravishankar and details required as per SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 shall be informed separately on occurrence of event as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 within the stipulated timeframe.
