Pursuant to applicable provisions, MMTC has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated Persons shall remain closed from 1st April, 2024 till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter & year ending on 31st March, 2024 under the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of declaration of results shall be intimated separately.
