Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule IH, Part A, Para A, sub para 16(i) thereof, Mather & Platt Fire Systems has informed that the Resolution Professional of the Company has received Six (6) Resolution Plans from Six (6) Prospective Resolution Applicants (PRAs) from total of twelve (12) Prospective Resolution Applicants. The Resolution Professional is in the process of examining the Resolution Plans in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and Regulations framed thereunder. Further developments in this regard shall be intimated on a regular basis.
