With reference to intimation dated 11th November, 2023 regarding the initiation of corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) in the case of MPF Systems; in furtherance thereof and pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the requirements of subclause 16(g) of Para A of Part A of Schedule II] of LODR, Mather & Platt Fire has informed that the 6th (Sixth) Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of the Company will be held on Thursday, 28th March, 2024 at 5:30 PM through video conferencing to discuss/ approve the matters relating to Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of MPF Systems (Corporate Debtor).
