The entire 224 units in Phase 3 of ‘Ashiana Amarah’ (Gurugram) have been converted into booking by March 30, 2024, having sale value of Rs 440.32 crore. Phase 3 of ‘Ashiana Amarah’ project has total saleable area of 3.77 lakh sq. ft. The project consists of 3 BHK units and is located at Sector 93, Gurugram (Haryana).
