Ashiana Housing has informed that it enclosed the summary of performance of the company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2024. Further, it has informed that it has converted 36 units into booking (comprising area 45,099 sq. ft. area and sale value of INR 30.44 Crores) out of 258 units for phase 1 of the project ‘Ashiana Vatsalya’ as on 31st March 2024. The booking of units in the project started in March 2024, which is in progress, and the company expect more bookings in near future.
