Axel Polymers has informed that as per the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in compliance with the terms of Company’s Code of Conduct on Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, Promoters, member of Promoter Group, Connected Person, Designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, from April 1, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2024. Accordingly, all Director, Promoters, member of Promoter Group, Connected/ Designated Persons of the Company, and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
