Manoj Kumar Pandey has further confirmed that there is no other material reason for his resignation other than that mentioned in his Resignation letter. The resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure. In this regard, it has enclosed the details pursuant to Regulation 30 SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/4/2015 dated September 09,2015.
