The Board and entire management team acknowledges the Invaluable contributions rendered by Vishnu Bhagwan Aggarwal, during his tenure as an Independent Director and place on record their deep appreciation for his contributions to the Board The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as per Annexure ‘A’ respectively.
