Synergy Green Industries has informed that, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for Prohibitions of Trading by Insiders, the intimation of Trading Window closure was inadvertently submitted at in the tab of ‘Intimation of Board Meeting’ on portal of BSE vide acknowledge number 7038496 dated 30.03.2024. Immediately, the said mistake was corrected and submitted again the intimation of window closure under correct tab vide acknowledge number 7038519 (both the acknowledgements enclosed). The company is therefore cancelling/withdrawing the intimation of Board meeting submitted vide acknowledge no. 7038496. In future, it has assured that it will choose the relevant tab for filing of all the announcements.
