Pursuant to amendments to clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, Carnation Industries has informed that the trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons with immediate effect 01st April, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Result for the 04th Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024. The date of Board Meeting to consider the Audited Financial Result for the 04th Quarter ended on 31st March, 2024 and year ended 31st March, shall be intimated separately in due course of time.
