UCAL has informed that in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the Promoters/Directors/Designated Employees and Specific Connected Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st April 2024 till conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ending 31st March, 2024. Further informed that it has already filed the trading window closure in xbrl mode on 29th March 2024.
