Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, ITCONS E-Solutions has informed that the company under the MSA (Master Service Agreement) with HCL Technologies, received second work order worth INR 5,90,000 to provide onsite support services of 11 employees for Airtel mend/data Centre locations; New work orders will be given to us once the value of PO is exhausted, the required resources have been deployed on client locations today. Details as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure A.
