Atlantaa has been selected as the Developer to redevelop the plot and premises of Highway Milton co-operative housing society, ‘Bansi Nagar’ (the Society), Off Western Express Highway, Borivali (East), Mumbai, after the necessary regulatory processes, under Regulation 79 (A) of Maharashtra Corporation Societies Act 1960, and pursuant to the letter issued by office of Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies, R-North Ward to that effect. The society has issued letter of award to Atlantaa and the project will be developed on the land admeasuring approximately 4,496 square meters situated at Western Express Highway Borivali (East), Mumbai, with potential of 1,61,187 square feet carpet area.
Atlanta together with its subsidiaries is primarily engaged in the business of Infrastructure development, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts, Public, Private Partnership (PPP Model on Build Operate and Transfer (BOT) and Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis).
