Force Motors reports 4% fall in Q4 consolidated net profit

Force Motors has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2024.

The company has reported 8.35% fall in its net profit at Rs 136.71 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 149.16 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 32.56% at Rs 2,025.68 crore for Q4FY24 as compared Rs 1,528.15 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 4.32% fall in its net profit at Rs 140.29  crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 146.62 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 32.56% at Rs 2,025.81 crore for Q4FY24 as compared Rs 1,528.25 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. 

For the year ended March 31, 2024, the company has reported over 2-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 401.68 crore as compared to Rs 152.05 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 38.11% at Rs 7,030.75 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 5,090.62 crore for year ended March 31, 2023.

For the year ended March 31, 2024, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported over 2-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 388.21 crore as compared to Rs 133.74 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 38.11% at Rs 7,031.23 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 5,091.01 crore for year ended March 31, 2023.
