With reference to Company’s Submission dated 19 April 2024 regarding Resignation of KMP (Compliance Officer) and as per query raised by BSE, JMD Ventures has informed that the Company has not received directly but has been sent to Practicing Company Secretary who has forwarded the same to Managing Director on 19 April 2024. Accordingly, the intimation has been provided to BSE and there is no delay on the part of Company post receipt of Resignation Letter.
