Concord Control Systems has confirmed that as on March 31, 2024, the Company does not fall under the categories as prescribed under para 2.2 of the SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 regarding Fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities and hence the company (formerly known as Concord Control Systems) shall not be considered as a ‘Large Corporate’ (LC). Therefore, the requirement for furnishing the Initial Disclosure in prescribed format of ‘Annexure-A’ of captioned circular is not applicable to the Company for Financial Year ended 2023-24.
