Signpost India has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and as per the approval of the Board of Directors in their meeting there is a purchase of Commercial Building for office space, purchase of property from Pressman Realty (Promoter Group) was executed on 30th April, 2024. The details of the transactions are mentioned in the Annexure below.
