Raymond has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (‘NRC’) at its meeting held today May 3, 2024, has recommended the appointment of Harmohan H. Sahni (DIN: 00046068) as an Executive Director on the Board of the Company for a period of Five Years subject to regulatory approvals. The Company is also in the business of Non-scheduled Air Transport Services, and therefore before appointment of any person as Director, the Company is required to obtain prior security clearance of the appointment from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) through Ministry of Civil Aviation. Accordingly, the Board of Directors will consider his appointment post receipt of necessary approval from MHA. Intimation containing details as required under Listing Regulations read with Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 will be submitted on approval of appointment by the Board of Directors. The NRC Meeting commenced at 10:30 am (IST) and concluded at 11:30 am (IST).
