Kotak Mahindra Bank reports 17% rise in Q4 consolidated net profit

Kotak Mahindra Bank has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2024.

The bank has reported 18.24% rise in its net profit at Rs 4,133.30 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 3,495.59 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 27.30% at Rs 15,285.35 crore for Q4FY24 as compared Rs 12,007.23 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the bank has reported 16.88% rise in its net profit at Rs 5,337.20 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 4,566.39 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 34.39% at Rs 27,907.33 crore for Q4FY24 as compared Rs 20,766.51 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2024, the bank has reported 25.98% rise in net profit at Rs 13,781.58 crore as compared to Rs 10,939.30 crore for the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 35.66% at Rs 56,072.01 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 41,333.90 crore for year ended March 31, 2023.

For the year ended March 31, 2024, on the consolidated basis, the bank has reported 22.03% rise in its net profit at Rs 18,213.21 crore as compared to Rs 14,925.01 crore for the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 38.35% at Rs 94,273.91 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 68,142.03 crore for year ended March 31, 2023.
