Housing Development and Infrastructure (HDIL) has initiated legal remedies against Mumbai International Airport (MIAL)’s termination notice for Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) project, which as per company is not tenable in Court of Law. The company has written off unrealized cost of Rs 442 crore on MIAL project.

HDIL is a real estate development company. Its business activity comprises of construction and development of residential projects, commercial, retail and slum rehabilitation projects. It is also engaged in construction of special economic zone (SEZ).
