Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Unique Organics has informed that company has received the information about loss of share certificates and issue of duplicate share certificates. Presently, the Company has received only request letter/ email for procedure for obtaining duplicate share certificates. Company shall initiate the process of issuance of letter of confirmation only after receipt of requisite documents and completion of formalities.
