In reference to its earlier intimation dated May 7, 2024, regarding intimation of Board Meeting to be held on Monday, May 13, 2024. Phoenix Township has informed that due to certain exigencies, the meeting of Board of Directors is now rescheduled & to be held on Thursday, May 30, 2024, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2024 and to consider and recommend final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2023-24. Further, in continuation of its intimation dated March 31st, 2024 and pursuant to Company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives' read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from April 1st, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024.
