Smartlink Holdings has informed that the Company is in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and has been promptly informing the Stock Exchanges on all events and information that have a bearing on the operation/performance of the company which include all price sensitive information, etc. At present there is no price sensitive information or any information /announcement (including impending announcement) which may have a bearing on the price / volume behaviour in the scrip of the Company. The Company will keep the Stock Exchanges duly informed of any information as required under the Regulations as and when any such event occurs. They further noted that since the shares of the Company are freely traded on the Stock Exchange, the movement in the share price of the Company is purely market driven.
