Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Cinerad Communications has informed that it enclosed the details of loss of share certificate reported by shareholder of the Company on May 13, 2024. Presently, the Company has received only request letter / email for obtaining the procedure for duplicate share certificates. The Company shall initiate the process of issuance of letter of confirmation only after receipt of requisite documents and completion of formalities.
