Further, it has clarified that the Company is claiming exemption under Regulation 15(2) of the Chapter IV of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015 as: a. The listed entity having a paid-up equity share capital not exceeding Rupees 10 Crore and Net Worth not exceeding Rupees 25 crore as on the last day of the previous financial year. The company has informed that paid up equity share capital of the Company as on 31st March, 2023 is INR 6,24,82,400/- and the net worth as on the date stood at INR 6,03,45,000/- which is not exceeding the limits as specified above. Consequently, the company is exempted to submit the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the financial year ended on 31.03.2024 to the stock Exchange.
