Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Shivam Autotech has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, the 27th day of May, 2024, to consider: 1. To consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the last quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2024 along with other business matters. 2. Any other businesses with the permission of the Chairperson. Further it has informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in equity shares of the Company are closed from 1st April 2024, till forty eighty hours from the declaration of the audited financial results.
