Further, vide letter dated March 26, 2024, the trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half-year as well as year ended March 31, 2024. The trading window shall remain closed until May 31, 2024, being 48 hours from the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half-year as well as year ended March 31, 2024, as mentioned above. The trading window shall open on June 01, 2024.
