Kesar India’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Kesar Middle East - FZCO, Dubai, has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary/ a step-down subsidiary of Company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates by the name DEJA VUE - FZCO. The said subsidiary was incorporated on May 21, 2024. The objective of incorporation of this subsidiary is to expand the Company’s Business. DEJA VUE – FZCO is yet to commence its business operations.
Kesar India is engaged in the business of developing and constructing of Projects such as Residential & Commercial Plotting, residential, commercial and industrial buildings, colonies, mills and factory's buildings, workshop's building, etc.
